ISO consequences of the violation of the terms and condition

We want to remind all our valued clients, and business associates that the Guardian Assessment name, logo, certification marks, and our accreditation board’s marks must only be used in the correct and approved manner. Adding these marks—or any other marks—to certificates that were not issued by Guardian Assessment is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious matter.

If such misuse occurs, we may have to suspend our Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or agreement with the concerned Certification Body or business associate. Continued violations could even lead to termination of the agreement without further notice.

Please understand that misuse of our name or marks can have serious consequences, including possible legal action. Guardian Assessment cannot be held responsible for any actions taken by business associates, Certification Bodies, or clients that go against our guidelines.
