  • Accreditation and Recognition:
  1. Guardian Assessment is UAF-accredited, and we are a member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF)
  2. Our certification is recognized in over 70 countries where we operate.
  • ISO Certification vs. Official ISO Certificate:
  1. While we facilitate ISO certification, it is essential to understand that our certification is not equivalent to the official ISO certificate issued by accredited bodies.
  2. Organizations receiving our certification have met ISO standards but should verify the distinction with their stakeholders.
  • Client Responsibilities:
  1. Clients seeking certification must provide accurate information and cooperate during assessments.
  2. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain compliance with ISO standards post-certification.
  • Fees and Payment:
  1. Certification fees vary based on factors such as the chosen standard and scope of assessment.
  2. Clients will be informed of applicable fees during the engagement process.
  • Confidentiality and Data Protection:
  1. Guardian Assessment treats all client information as confidential.
  2. Personal data collected during assessments is handled under our Privacy Policy.
  • Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
  1. Clients must comply with local, national, and international laws and regulations related to ISO standards.
  2. Guardian Assessment reserves the right to revoke certification if non-compliance is identified.
  • Liability and Indemnification:
  1. While we exercise due diligence, Guardian Assessment is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from certification.
  2. Clients indemnify us against claims related to certification.
  • Termination and Suspension:
  1. Guardian Assessment may suspend or terminate certification if non-compliance, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct is detected.
  2. Clients have the right to appeal such decisions.
  3. Updates and Amendments:
      • We reserve the right to update these terms periodically.
      • Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
