ISO consequences of the violation of the terms and condition

Guardian Assessment hereby notifies all investors and business associates that any unauthorized use of the Guardian name, marks, or accreditation board's marks, or the addition of any other marks to certificates not issued by Guardian Assessment, will be considered fraudulent activity. Such actions will be grounds for the suspension of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement between the Certification Body and business associates. Continued violations may result in the termination of the agreement without prior notice. All stakeholders are advised that the consequences of such misuse are severe, and legal action may be pursued. Guardian Assessment bears no responsibility for any such actions by business associates or clients. This public notice serves to inform stakeholders about the ramifications of violating the terms and conditions outlined in the MOU or agreement.
