2. Right to Know About the Certification Body and Associates
Clients have the right to be informed about Guardian Assessment Pvt. Ltd.’s legal identity, accreditation status, management team, and operational structure. This includes details about external auditors, partner agencies, or subcontractors involved in any part of the certification process. We ensure that clients are aware of who is responsible for delivering certification services.

3. Right to Understand the Certification Process
We ensure that every client receives a comprehensive overview of the certification journey, starting from pre-assessment and application review to Stage-1, Stage-2 audits, non-conformity closures, issuance of certificates, surveillance audits, and recertification. Clients are entitled to understand the timelines, responsibilities, and expected outcomes at each step.

4. Right to Accept or Reject Assigned Auditors
Clients may evaluate the competence and background of proposed auditors. If any conflict of interest or discomfort is identified, they can formally request reassignment. We honor such requests in a timely manner without penalizing the client or affecting audit quality.

5. Right to Receive Assessment Reports
Clients have full right to receive comprehensive, detailed, and structured audit reports for all assessments. These reports include observations, conformity status, non-conformities (if any), and recommended corrective actions with timelines. Guardian ensures timely delivery of reports to support client preparedness.

6. Right to Written Findings
All audit findings must be formally documented and shared with the client. This includes both positive findings and areas for improvement, ensuring the client understands all results. Reports will include clear deadlines for submission of corrective or preventive actions.

7. Right to Certificate Issuance upon Recommendation
Once audit findings have been reviewed, all requirements are met, and the audit team has recommended certification, clients have the right to receive their certificate within the defined timeline. Clients may also request verification or download options through Guardian’s digital platform.

8. Right to Appeal Auditor or Certification Decisions
Clients may formally appeal against decisions such as audit findings, rejection of certification, or withdrawal. Appeals are reviewed independently by a panel not involved in the original decision, ensuring impartiality and fairness throughout the process.

9. Right to File Complaints
Clients can raise complaints about auditor behavior, delays, service delivery, or procedural fairness. Guardian’s complaints procedure includes acknowledgment of the complaint, internal investigation, and response resolution within specified timelines. Anonymous or whistleblower complaints are also considered where relevant.

10. Right to Provide Feedback
Clients are encouraged to submit feedback via formal satisfaction surveys, online reviews (Google, LinkedIn, etc.), or email. Constructive feedback helps us improve auditor training, service quality, and overall client experience.

11. Right to Know the Surveillance and Special Audit Process
Clients shall be informed in advance about the objectives, criteria, and scheduling of all surveillance or special audits. This includes unannounced audits required by the accreditation body or those triggered by customer complaints or major organizational changes.

12. Right to Know Accreditation Status
Clients have unrestricted access to verify Guardian Assessment’s accreditation status. Information such as accrediting bodies (UAF and IAS), scope of recognition, validity periods, and certification schemes covered is available through our website or upon request.

13. Right to Verify Certificate Status
Clients can at any time verify the current status of their certification by contacting our office or accessing the public certificate directory maintained by Guardian. This ensures trust and traceability for all stakeholders.

14. Right to Public Information Access
Clients have access to general policy documents, procedures, and certification information that are publicly available on Guardian’s official website and international certification databases where applicable.

15. Right to Confidentiality
All client data including audit findings, reports, communication, and organizational information are treated with confidentiality. Guardian shall not disclose any client-specific data without prior written permission, unless disclosure is mandated by law or accreditation authority.

16. Right to be Informed of Changes
Guardian commits to timely communication of any changes in certification procedures, policies, audit formats, or accreditation scope that could affect a client’s certification status. Clients will be notified formally and given an opportunity to understand and comply with updated requirements.
