Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Franchisee Manager/Marketing Manager to lead our franchisee development and management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and expanding the sale of ISO certification services through a robust franchise network. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to manage and support franchisees effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchisee Development:
- Identify and recruit potential franchisees to expand the company’s franchise network.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new franchisees.
- Create and present business proposals to prospective franchisees.
Franchisee Management:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing franchisees to ensure they meet sales targets and adhere to company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees to foster loyalty and commitment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to franchisees to help them improve their operations and sales.
- Organize and conduct training programs for franchisees to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the sale of ISO certification services through the franchise network.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the franchise network.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and franchisee performance.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy and business plan for the company.
- Identify and implement best practices for franchise development and management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on franchise-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in franchise management, sales, and marketing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required to support franchisee operations.
